1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with AR Hosiery, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all wholesale orders for Kids Pajamas, School Uniforms, Thermal Wear, Baby Pajamas, and other AR Hosiery products including our Littlekart and Playminis brands.

2. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

3. Payment Terms

AR Hosiery accepts the following payment methods for wholesale orders:

• New Customers: 50% advance payment, 50% before shipment
• Established Customers (2+ orders): 30% advance, 70% before shipment
• Credit Period: 15-30 days credit available for verified businesses (subject to approval)
• Bank Transfer: State Bank of India (account details provided on invoice)
• UPI/Digital Payments: Available for orders under ₹50,000
• Cash on Delivery: NOT available for wholesale orders

4. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

• Before Production: Full refund of advance (if production has not started)
• During Production: 20% cancellation fee + costs incurred
• After Production: Orders cannot be cancelled; full payment due
• Custom Orders: Cannot be cancelled once production begins (logo printing, custom colors)
• Modification Requests: Allowed within 24 hours of order confirmation (subject to availability)

6. Product Quality & Specifications

All AR Hosiery products meet the following standards:

• 100% quality checked before dispatch from our Wazirpur factory
• Fabric GSM (Grams per Square Meter) as per product specifications
• Color accuracy: 95%+ match to approved samples (minor variations acceptable due to fabric dye lots)
• Sizing tolerance: ±2cm for waist, length measurements
• All products carry AR Hosiery quality certification

9. Intellectual Property

AR Hosiery, Littlekart, and Playminis are registered trademarks of AR Hosiery. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale with altered branding is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes:

• Resolution timeline: 7-10 business days
• Escalation: Management review within 15 days
• Jurisdiction: All disputes subject to New Delhi, India jurisdiction
• Governing Law: Indian Contract Act, 1872 and Consumer Protection Act, 2019
