1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- ✅Manufacturing Defects: Stitching issues, fabric defects, size discrepancies beyond ±2cm tolerance
- ✅Wrong Product Shipped: Incorrect color, size, or product delivered
- ✅Damaged in Transit: Products damaged during shipping (with photo evidence required)
- ✅Quality Issues: Fabric quality below specifications (GSM, color fastness)
2. Return Timeline
- Report Issue Within: 7 days of delivery
- Initiate Return: 10 days from delivery date
- Product Pickup: Within 15 days of delivery
- Late Returns: Not accepted after 15 days (except for latent defects discovered during customer inspection)
3. Return Process
Step-by-Step Return Process:

- Provide Evidence: Send clear photos/videos of defective products
- Await Approval: AR Hosiery team reviews within 2-3 business days
- Return Authorization: Once approved, you'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Pack Products: Securely pack products in original packaging (if possible)
- Ship or Pickup: Arrange return shipping or schedule pickup (based on order value)
- Inspection: AR Hosiery inspects returned products within 5 business days
- Resolution: Refund/replacement processed within 7-10 business days after inspection
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items CANNOT be returned:
- ❌ Custom-made products with logo printing or special branding
- ❌ Products altered, washed, or used by the customer
- ❌ Products without original tags, labels, or packaging
- ❌ Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by customer
- ❌ Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
- ❌ Orders placed more than 15 days ago (except for latent defects)
5. Refund Methods & Timeline
Once your return is approved and inspected:
- Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days (preferred method)
- UPI Refund: 3-5 business days (for orders paid via UPI)
- Credit Note: Instant (can be used for future orders, valid for 1 year)
- Partial Refunds: Issued if only some pieces are defective
- Shipping Costs: Refunded if return is due to AR Hosiery error; customer pays shipping if due to change of mind (not accepted for wholesale)
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for:
- Size Exchanges: Within 10 days of delivery (subject to stock availability)
- Color Exchanges: Allowed if original color has manufacturing defect
- Product Exchanges: Same value replacement or price difference adjustment
- Exchange Processing Time: 10-15 days (includes return pickup, inspection, and new shipment)

Special provisions for large wholesale orders (500+ pieces):

- Defect Threshold: Up to 2% defective pieces acceptable (industry standard); beyond this, full replacement provided
- Partial Returns: For large orders, defective pieces can be returned separately without returning entire order
