Our thermal wear collection includes body warmers, thermal pajamas, thermal vests, full-sleeve thermals, and complete thermal sets designed to keep wearers warm in temperatures as low as 0 degrees Celsius. We use premium cotswool, heavy fleece, and thermal knit cotton fabrics that provide exceptional insulation without adding bulk.

Our thermal wear range is engineered for maximum warmth retention while maintaining breathability. The cotswool fabric used in our premium range is a blend of cotton and wool fibers that provides natural insulation and moisture-wicking properties. For the economy range, we use high-quality heavy fleece with an inner brushed lining that traps body heat effectively. All our thermals feature flat-lock stitching to prevent skin irritation and maintain comfort during extended wear.

The body warmer collection is our bestselling winter category, featuring sleeveless designs that allow freedom of arm movement while keeping the core warm. Available in both kids and mens sizes, our body warmers range from Rs 150 to Rs 280 depending on fabric quality and design. The kids range covers sizes 2Y to 14Y, while mens sizes range from S to XXL. Each piece is individually packed in poly bags with brand hang tags, making them retail-ready.

Winter season orders should ideally be placed by August-September to ensure delivery before the peak selling period of October-January. Our production capacity for thermal wear is 3000+ pieces per day during the peak manufacturing season. We maintain year-round stock of popular items in standard colors and sizes. For custom orders with specific color or design requirements, a lead time of 20-25 working days is required with a minimum of 200 pieces per design.
